The EU-funded project “Nexus has officially started!
The main goal of the eu-funded Nexus project is the development of an easily customizable integrated platform to enable Extracellular Vesicles (EVs) separation, purification and multivariate characterizationfrom complex biofluids. This innovative project will lead to the industrialization of a manufacturable, full-fledged analytical instrument featuring a real-time in liquid measurement of scalable sample volumes.
NEXUS has a duration of 36 months and is funded by the European Union under EIC Transition Open. During the project span of life, Nexus’ multidisciplinary consortium, consisting of research institutions and private companies will be in charge of the development of an integrated platform for #ExtracellularVesicles separation from biofluids and their multivariate characterization in order to enable the liquid biopsy of prostate cancer.
